Pagestay Pro Refund Policy

Pagestay Pro is an optional one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Pagestay Pro: $4.99.
Clipstay + Pagestay bundle: $6.99, which unlocks Pro in both extensions.
Upgrade: $2 for Pagestay Pro owners who want Clipstay Pro too, offered through a link inside Pagestay.

Refunds

If Pagestay Pro does not work for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and include the email address you paid with. You will get a full refund of that payment, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show them.

What happens to Pro after a refund

A Pro license stays active as long as at least one payment that bought it has not been refunded. When a refund leaves no such payment, the purchase email can no longer be used to activate Pro for that product. This matters when you made more than one payment:

If you bought the bundle and ask for a refund, both Pagestay Pro and Clipstay Pro end, unless another payment of yours still covers one of them.
If you bought Pagestay Pro and then paid $2 to add Clipstay Pro, refunding the $2 ends Clipstay Pro only. Pagestay Pro stays, because your first payment still covers it.

If Pro is no longer active on a computer (for example, after reinstalling without activating), your notes are never deleted, hidden or locked, and export and restore stay free. Creating new rules, folders and tags needs Pro, and full-text and tag search, auto-surface (opening the matching note when the panel opens) and scheduled backups pause until Pro is active again. Your existing rules stay and keep matching, and your existing folders and tags stay visible, but on the free plan you cannot add notes to them.

Activation problems

If Pagestay does not recognize your purchase email, write to [email protected] with the email you paid with and the time of payment. It will be fixed by hand, and you will not be charged twice.
